Once you place an order, we get it ready and sent out to you. How long that takes depends on what you bought and where it's going—anything shown at checkout is the best estimate we have, and real-world dates can shift a little around busy seasons.
Before it ships
Most orders need a short window to be finished and handed off to the carrier—it isn't always same-day. When you see a delivery window at checkout, it usually covers that prep time plus transit.
Tracking
When your package is on the way, you should get tracking by email. Use that link for the latest updates. If it's been longer than you expected and nothing's moved, get in touch with your order number.
Where we ship
What we can ship—and the cost—is based on your address and what's in your cart. You'll see everything spelled out before you pay. If something can't be sent to you, checkout will make that clear.
