We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right—damage, a misprint, or the wrong item—let us know and we'll make it right when we can. Because your apparel is made for you after you buy, we can't always take something back simply for fit or change of mind, but ask anyway and we'll see what's possible for your order.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos—what you received, the packaging if it helps, and close-ups of the problem. We'll reply with next steps, usually a replacement or a refund when the issue is on us.

Fit & exchanges

Not sure about size? Check the size guide before you order. If you already have something and the fit isn't working, message us with your order number—sometimes we can offer an exchange; other times options are limited. We'll be honest about what we can do.
